Michael’s New Business: Michael Jackson has won approval from Santa Barbara County officials to build a breeding ground for gorillas, apes, white tigers, bears and other rare beasts at his Neverland Ranch in Los Olivos. Construction is expected to begin in about six months on the private Neverland Valley Breeding Facility, which would also include a snake house and an aviary.
