Fiesta Time: Grammy winner Jose Feliciano will headline this year’s Fiesta Broadway, the annual downtown pre-Cinco de Mayo block party. More than 100 Latin American performers are scheduled for the April 25 event, including salsa legend Willie Colon, the Garibaldi group, Gloria Trevi, Rocio Banquells, Laureano (Angel of Rock) Brizuela and the Gitano Boys. The daylong fiesta is sponsored by KMEX-TV (Channel 34).
