CSUN Signs Junior College Back

Running back Mike Harper, a former running back for El Camino College, has signed a national letter of intent to play football at Cal State Northridge.

Harper, the Matadors’ 11th junior college signee and 13th overall, was a second-team all-state selection at El Camino in 1991, when he gained 998 yards in 203 carries. A Santa Monica High graduate, Harper sat out the 1992 season while earning his associate of arts degree.
