Law Firm Acquired: San Francisco law firm Pettit & Martin said Thursday that it has acquired a small Santa Ana law firm, Urland & Murello.
The two partners and three other lawyers join Pettit & Martin’s Newport Beach office, which is being expanded.
Pettit & Martin has 175 lawyers in the main office and branches here, in Los Angeles, San Jose, Washington and Hong Kong.
