RicheyImpact Acquired: Brajdas Corp., a Santa Clara electronics parts distributor said Thursday that it is buying out RicheyImpact Electronics Inc. in Garden Grove. The cash value of the deal was not disclosed, but according to a prepared statement, former RicheyImpact shareholders will own about 47% of Brajdas shares.
