The pro-choice fund-raising ad mentioned in Lynn Smith’s article says, “They Shot Him in the Back Because He Stood Up for Our Right to Choose.”

Was Dr. Gunn killed by a firing squad? The belief that his murder was the result of a conspiracy seems a little far-fetched.
I am pro-choice. I find it hard to believe, however, that the demise of Dr. Gunn was anything other than the isolated act of a single demented individual.
