8 From Don Bosco Tech Get Medallion Awards

Eight high school juniors at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Rosemead were honored by the Industry Education Council of San Gabriel Valley at the Medallion Awards dinner March 31.
The students were selected on the basis of their creative thinking, scholastic excellence and verbal skills in either academic or non-academic fields.
The Bosco Tech awardees were Lawrence Brillon of Baldwin Park (social science), Clarence Chan of Duarte (English), Winfred Chow of Alhambra (math), Jan-Michael Kho of Walnut (science), Alderic Masse of Covina (career education), Jose Mayorga of Chino (art), Zachery Roman of Arcadia (industrial technology) and David Urquidi of Montebello (music).
