NEWPORT BEACH : Vendors Sought for Balboa Pier Festival

The city is seeking vendors for the inaugural Balboa Peninsula Arts and Music Festival, to be held Sept. 11.
The one-day festival will feature items hand-crafted by local people, such as painted T-shirts and jewelry. The event will be held at the foot of the Balboa Pier and will also include live entertainment and various attractions for children.
