Name Change: Excalibur Holding Corp. announced Tuesday that it has changed its name to Winners Entertainment Inc. to avoid confusion with the Excalibur Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, with which it is not affiliated.
The company’s common stock now trades under the symbol WINS on the Nasdaq market. The Irvine-based investment group owns entertainment-related companies, including a gaming and video production firm and a West Virginia horse-racing track.
