FIRST ‘ATTACK’

One of the best bad movies ever made, the 1958 sci-fi film “Attack of the 50 Foot Woman” lives on as Grade-A turkey with all the trimmings: cheesy special effects, horrible acting, inept direction. The low-budget hoot stars Alison Hayes as Nancy Archer, a woman who grows into a giant after an encounter with an alien spaceship. After learning that her philandering hubby Harry (William Hudson) has been having an affair with the town floozy (former Playboy Playmate Yvette Vickers), Nancy goes on a rampage and ends up squeezing her two-timing spouse to death.
Naturally, she meets a particularly nasty end.
