International Repair Services Inc. of Lancaster won a $4-million contact from the Federal Aviation Administration to overhaul parts of the second-generation VORTAC navigation and landing system. International Repair Services also won a $450,169 contract from the Federal Aviation Administration of Oklahoma City for annual repairs.
