Burton, Heitmann Honored as CSUN Athletes of Month

Dawn Burton, a diver, and volleyball player Oliver Heitmann have been selected Matador Athletes of the Month for February by the Cal State Northridge Student-Athlete Congress, which consists of student-athletes representing each of Northridge’s 18 sports.

In addition, the Northridge Student-Athlete Congress belatedly named basketball players Andre Chevalier and Shannon Crouse Matador Athletes of the Month for the December 1993/January 1994 competition period which was interrupted by the Jan. 17 earthquake.
