Best Sellers: Kaufman & Broad’s California Parke housing development in Foothill Ranch sold 32 homes during the first nine weeks of 1994, putting it among Orange County’s best-selling housing projects so far this year. Prices ranged from $190,000 to $240,000, according to Kenneth Leventhal & Co., a Newport Beach accounting firm.
The Ridge at Belmont, a development in Orange, sold 27 homes during the same period. Those houses, priced from $270,000 to $298,000, were built by Standard Pacific.
For February, Kenneth Leventhal said, 746 new homes were sold in Orange County, compared to 483 sold in the same month last year.
