SEASON AT A GLANCE: Lopez, a 6-foot-10 center, is averaging 19 points a game despite being double- and triple-teamed the entire season. One of the top defensive players in the area, Lopez averaged 3.3 blocks during the regular season. He signed in November to play at Washington next season.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Lopez led Campbell Hall to its second Southern Section championship in three years. He scored 21 points in a 62-60 semifinal victory over Delphic League rival Brentwood and scored 19 points and blocked six shots in a 46-43 decision over Pasadena Poly in the championship game. “It’s been a special season, my best in four years,” Lopez said.
