Carlsom Travel to Merge With Wagonlit: Minneapolis-based Carlson Travel Group and Wagonlit Travel of Paris plan to merge their business travel operations into a new company with 4,000 locations in 125 countries. The owners of the two firms will establish a new London-based company, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, when the deal is completed. Carlson and Wagonlit will retain their own separate leisure travel operations.
