George Wade was named president of Iwerks Cinetropolis, a unit of Iwerks Entertainment Inc. in Burbank. Previously, he was vice president of business development and American sales at Iwerks Entertainment and also worked at Landmark Entertainment Group. Burbank-based Iwerks produces movie-based specialty theaters and virtual reality attractions for theme parks around the world.

Also, Deborah B. Miao was named Iwerks Entertainment’s chief financial officer. Prior to joining Iwerks, she was chief financial officer of Metrocolor Laboratories.
