* Latinos for Social Justice will hold a forum for Lancaster City Council candidates from 7 to 9 tonight at Park View School, 808 W. Ave. J, Lancaster. The organization will also hold a forum for Palmdale mayoral candidates from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and one for Palmdale City Council candidates from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, both at the Palmdale Cultural Center, 704 E. * Citizens for Fair Representation, a nonpartisan group in the 24th Congressional District, will hold a public meeting to discuss why Rep. Anthony C.
