GARDEN GROVE : Schullers to Mark 40 Years of Ministry

Robert and Arvella Schuller will mark their 40th year of ministry at the Crystal Cathedral on Sunday by re-creating their original services at a drive-in movie theater.
The Schullers plan to appear in a replica of the 1953 Chevrolet they drove to their first services at the movie theater.
Arvella Schuller said she will play the organ she used in the 1950s. Actor Charlton Heston will join the celebration to talk about the first Schuller service.
Services will be held Sunday at 8:30, 9:30 and 11 a.m. at the Crystal Cathedral, 12141 Lewis St.
A special celebration is planned at 10:30 a.m. in the church plaza.
