For dedicated gardeners, here are suggestions from the California Assn. of Nurserymen on what to do in the garden this week:

* Ask your nursery professional for the proper spray control for aphids, which will soon be opening their 1994 season on your rose growth.

* If you have a notion to move any azaleas or camellias you have, now is the time to do it.

* To get the most from your spring and summer annuals and perennials, be sure to prepare the oil well by adding soil amendments and working the soil to eliminate large clumps.

* Fibrous begonias, cinerarias and impatiens will brighten up the shade garden.
