BRIEFLY : Water: Culver City Man Appointed to MWD Board

Culver City resident Ed Little has been appointed to the board of directors of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
He will represent the West Basin Municipal Water District, which serves nearly 1 million people from the South Bay to Malibu.
Little became active in water issues when he worked to have the West Basin district include Culver City in the early 1950s. Since then, he has served on the county Resources and Reclamation Advisory Commission. For the past five years, he has been a member of the West Basin board of directors.
He recently retired from operating Ed Little Auto Service in Culver City. He is a USC graduate and has served as a member of several Culver City philanthropic organizations.
