Victor H. Altamirano has joined the Irvine CPA firm of Glenn M. Gelman & Associates as senior tax manager. For the past three years, he was tax director at a Los Angeles firm and before that, worked for Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles as tax manager and at BDO Seidman Inc. in Houston as senior tax accountant.
