No. 1 in the Land: When asked what the leading real estate sales organization is, Century 21 got the largest share of votes--32%-- from homeowners, according to an independent study.
In addition, 99% of 1,800 homeowners questioned in a recent national telephone survey conducted by the Wirthlin Group (in McLean, Va.), recognized the Century 21 name.
Based in Irvine, Century 21 Real Estate Corp. is the world’s largest real estate sales organization with operations in 15 countries and territories and about 6,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices.
“The latest survey results are stronger in virtually every consumer preference and image category and clearly show the strength of the Century 21 image,” said Hal George, vice president of research for Century 21.
The 1994 National Survey of Homeowners was conducted during the first two weeks of January by Wirthlin.
