Two Critically Hurt in Shooting

SANTA ANA — Two people were shot and critically wounded while riding in a car in the vicinity of 5th and Euclid streets late Monday night, police said.
One of the victims, an unidentified woman, was shot in the head, said Police Sgt. Anthony Levatino. An unidentified man was shot in the back, he said.
Two other people in the car were not hurt, Levatino said. Their names were also unavailable.
Details of the attack, which occurred about 10:10 p.m., were unavailable Monday night.
The two victims were taken to Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, where they were listed in critical condition, Levatino said.
