Clark’s Grand Slam Gives Kennedy Victory

LA PALMA — Kennedy’s Mike Clark hit a grand slam on a 3-and-2 pitch with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to give the Fighting Irish a 6-4 victory over Santiago in a Garden Grove League baseball game Friday.
The homer was Clark’s first of the season.
The score was tied, 1-1, entering the seventh inning. Santiago (2-6 in league) scored three runs in the inning, including two on a home run by Manny Robledo. Kennedy is 10-8, 4-3.
