Larry Ainsworth has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer for St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. Ainsworth had been executive vice president and chief operating officer at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach since 1986. Before that, he was senior vice president and administrator of Women’s and Children’s hospitals at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.
