Jogging Clinton Stumbles, Scraping a Knee, Elbow

WASHINGTON — President Clinton took a tumble while jogging past the Watergate complex Saturday morning, scraping a knee and elbow. He continued running into Rock Creek Park, where his motorcade stopped and Secret Service agents tended to his cuts. Asked later by reporters how his knee was, the President gave a “thumbs up.”
