Triconex Corp.: The Irvine safety and control systems company posted a third-quarter profit of $1.6 million, or 30 cents a share, compared with $1.4 million, or 28 cents a share, for the like 1993 period. Revenue was up 17%, to $13.3 million from $11.4 million. Profit for the first three quarters of 1994 totaled $3.7 million, or 70 cents a share, which included a $750,000 non-cash write-off associated with two acquisitions the company made in the first-quarter. That compares with a profit of $4 million, or 78 cents a share, for the corresponding period of 1993. Revenue gained 34%, to $37.5 million from $27.9 million.
