Fluor Corp.: The Irvine engineering firm said that its Fluor Daniel Inc. subsidiary signed a letter of intent to acquire a closely held Tucson architecture and construction firm. Terms of the acquisition of Anderson DeBartolo Pan Inc. were not disclosed.
A Fluor spokeswoman said the acquisition would add design and construction business in the health care, microelectronics and sports industries. Anderson DeBartolo isn’t affiliated with real estate firm Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. in Ohio.
