SANTA ANA — A man was found stabbed in the front yard of a vacant house Saturday and police said he was too badly injured to give his name or the circumstances of the stabbing.
The man, who appeared to be in his late 30s, was found about 4 p.m. in front of a house in the 5100 block of West 17th Street, police said.
“He was stabbed in the left side of the chest and it punctured his lung,” Sgt. Dick Faust said.
Faust said the man was treated at the scene by paramedics and transported to UCI Medical Center.
