Orange Coast Swimmers Win; Streak Hits 101

CYPRESS — The Orange Coast women’s swimming team ran its dual-meet winning streak to 101 with victories over San Diego Mesa and Cypress in an Orange Empire Conference meet Friday.
Orange Coast beat Cypress, 88-42, and San Diego Mesa, 83-55. Orange Coast has won 10 of the last 11 State titles.
Margo Hinchey swam season bests to win the 50 backstroke (31.88) and the 100 backstroke (1:08.56). OCC’s Michelle Pereira won the 50 freestyle in 25.88.
