The Beverly Hills Hotel, scheduled to reopen June 3 after two years of restoration, has named a new head chef.
Greg Waldron, a 15-year veteran of the restaurant industry, will be in charge of menu development for the Polo Lounge, Fountain Coffee Shop and all other dining rooms. Waldron was named one of the Grand Master Chefs in America by that organization’s national board in 1988.
“Waldron’s culinary talents stem from his tenure at a variety of our country’s finest five-star dining establishments,” said Kerman Beriker, hotel general manager.
