Ventura Harbor Village, a tourist attraction at Ventura’s marina, has had its ups and downs through the years, suffering at times from spotty business and disputes among developers, tenants and city officials. But some tenants have hung in there.
Three businesses--the Coastal Cone ice cream store, Lorenzoni’s Cafe and the Ocean Floor Gift Shop--recently marked their 10th anniversaries, according to Oscar Pena, the center’s property manager.
Several tenants have been there even longer, Pena adds. They include Andria’s Seafood, the China Bay restaurant, Fayro’s Hot Dogs and Ventura Dive & Sport.
