Former Benton Oil Offices Subleased to Equity Plus

Offices formerly occupied by Benton Oil & Gas Co. in Oxnard’s Financial Plaza have been subleased to an Oxnard investment firm.
The new tenant, Equity Plus Investments Inc., is subleasing 2,200 square feet in the Oxnard Financial Plaza from Benton, which moved earlier this year to Carpinteria. Equity Plus is relocating from its former headquarters on South B Street.
Steve Doll, an agent with Grubb & Ellis Co. in Oxnard, arranged the long-term sublease. He said that prior to the move, the suite will be remodeled to include a conference room and enlarged lobby.
