Merit Gets New Regional Manager

Brian Mitchell has been appointed regional manager for Merit Property Management, a community association management company in Mission Viejo. He was previously district manager. Mitchell joined Merit in 1990 as an account executive.
* Paul W. Dunn has been named director of data systems for National Contracts Inc., a health care consulting firm in Rancho Santa Margarita. He was formerly with Mitsubishi Consumer Electronics America for almost 10 years, most recently as assistant manager of material control.
* Paul Kott has been named to the board of directors of Orange Coast Title Co. in Santa Ana. Kott is president of Paul Kott Realty in Anaheim.
