TOURISM : Atrium Marquis Hopes to Rack Up Profits With Pool Tables

The Atrium Marquis Hotel in Irvine is trying to capitalize on the comeback of billiards and other parlor games by adding an upscale billiard room to its nightclub.
“We now provide guests with the option of what has become a popular sport that is both relaxing and fun without having to leave the hotel,” said General Manager Daniel Monnet.
The hotel added three pool tables and a game room next to its Airporter nightclub, which offers live music nightly.
