George Diltz has been appointed area marketing...

George Diltz has been appointed area marketing manager for the Kaiser Permanente Valleys Member Service Area Administrative Team, according to a release issued recently by the health care company. Diltz previously served as director of account management at Health Net’s Glendale regional office and as senior account executive and district sales manager at Blue Shield.

In addition, Cathy Casas has been appointed director of planning and analysis for the Valleys team. Casas recently served as an assistant hospital administrator for Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Woodland Hills. In her new position, Casas will direct staff in analysis and reporting in support of Kaiser’s business plan and will research and implement special projects.
