Westside : STUDENTS OF LIFE
A handful of students from Loyola Marymount University will be getting some real-life community experience as members of the Westchester / LAX Chamber of Commerce.
Nine students from different educational disciplines were selected this year to participate in the chamber, which represents businesses in Westchester, Playa del Rey and at LAX.
Several of the students are helping the chamber develop an aviation learning center in Westchester. One of the students has volunteered to chair the chamber’s youth day--where high school students spend a day learning the ins and outs of local businesses.
