THOUSAND OAKS : $1,000 Reward Offered for Arrest of Robber

Ventura County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of an armed robber in Thousand Oaks.
John Tonoyan was in his garage on Grey Feather Court on Monday night when a man pointed a gun at him and demanded his watch, sheriff’s deputies said. Tonoyan complied and the robber fled on foot, authorities said. No shots were fired and no one was injured, authorities said.
The robber was described as a black male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and wearing dark clothing. An investigation is continuing.
