SANTA ANA — Shareholders of Cybernetics Products Inc. have approved a one-for-four reverse stock split and a change of name to Dynamotion/ATI Corp. Cybernetics said the Dynamotion/ATI name is well-known for printed circuit board drilling technology.
The company also announced that Howard J. Jelinek, founder of Electronic Design Associates, has joined its board of directors.
Cybernetics Products Inc. develops and manufactures precision, high-volume drills and routers for electronic circuit boards.
