The “gentleman” who recently tried, unsuccessfully, to convince the judge that he had a constitutional right to have sex on demand with or without his wife’s consent forgot something not directly mentioned in The Times’ Jan. 29 article. Sex is one of the world’s greatest joint enterprises, quite surpassing the joys of sole proprietorship.
