No. 1 Massachusetts Stays Unbeaten, 70-53

Marcus Camby had 26 points and a career-high 15 rebounds Thursday night to help top-ranked Massachusetts rally from a 10-point, second-half deficit and beat La Salle, 70-53, in an Atlantic 10 Conference game at Amherst, Mass.
Donta Bright scored 19 and Dana Dingle had 10 rebounds for the Minutemen, 24-0 overall, 12-0 in the Atlantic 10. Romaine Haywood scored 13 to lead La Salle (5-19, 2-9).
Massachusetts holds the nation’s only unblemished record despite trailing or being tied at the half 10 times and needing overtime in three games this season.
No. 7 Utah 69, Hawaii 59--Keith Van Horn scored 19 points and Brandon Jessie 17 as Utah won a Western Athletic Conference game at Salt Lake City.
Jessie had 13 of his points in the second half and made a key three-point shot in a 9-0 run that gave Utah (20-4, 12-2) a 58-42 lead with 6:05 to play. Hawaii fell to 7-14 and 4-9.
No. 8 Wake Forest 85, Maryland 78--Tim Duncan scored a career-high 33 points on 12-for-14 shooting as Wake Forest (17-3, 9-2) defeated Maryland (12-9, 5-6) in an Atlantic Coast Conference game at College Park, Md.
Johnny Rhodes scored 27 for the Terrapins, who played without starting guard Duane Simpkins, who began serving a three-game suspension from the NCAA for accepting loans from a former coach to pay personal debts.
No. 11 Purdue 63, Ohio State 55--Porter Roberts scored 14 points, including five of the last seven for the Boilermakers (20-4, 10-2), who held off Ohio State (9-12, 2-10) in a Big Ten game at Columbus, Ohio.
No. 24 Louisville 67, North Carolina Charlotte 64--DeJuan Wheat scored Louisville’s final four points and finished with 18 as the Cardinals (18-7, 9-2) beat the 49ers (11-12, 4-6) in a Conference USA game at Charlotte, N.C.

Stacy Harris scored 20 points to lead College of Charleston (21-2, 13-0) to its 19th consecutive victory, an 80-56 Trans American Athletic Conference triumph over Florida International (11-12, 5-8) at Charleston, S.C. . . . Justin Jones had two clutch baskets in a decisive 12-0 second-half run as Utah State (13-12, 7-6) posted a 78-63 victory over UC Santa Barbara (11-11, 8-6) in a Big West game at Logan, Utah. Jones scored 18 points. . . . Brian Bruso scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack as San Diego (10-12, 4-7) used a 14-3 run in the final 3:22 of play to post a 76-68 victory over Portland (15-8, 6-5) in a West Coast Conference game at San Diego. . . . Lorenzo Rollins scored 29 points to lead Gonzaga (17-6, 8-3) to a 73-59 victory over San Francisco (13-10, 6-5) in a WCC game at San Francisco.
