Library to Offer Free Business Seminars

A series of free business seminars will be offered at the Oxnard Public Library in March and April.
Titled “The Oxnard Public Library Means Business!” the seminars will take place in Meeting Room B of the downtown library, 251 South A St. No registration is required.
The programs are as follows:
* “Basics of the Job Search,” presented by Job Search Inc. of Thousand Oaks, 2 p.m., March 9.
* “The Job Interview,” presented by Kim Gibas of Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, 6:30 p.m., March 18.
* “How to Set Up a Small Business,” presented in Spanish by Carlos Flores of Oxnard Technical Institute, 6:30 p.m., March 25.
* “Best Investments for Your Savings,” presented by Pete Baptiste of Edward D. Jones & Co., 6:30 p.m., April 15.
* “How to Finance Your New Small Business,” presented by Ed Paul of Channel Islands National Bank, 6:30 p.m., April 29.
