Delta Pilots Accept Pay Cut for Stock Options: The union representing pilots at Delta Air Lines Inc. tentatively agreed to accept the 2% cut in return for stock options in the airline. The four-year deal also calls for the airline to give the Air Line Pilots Assn. a nonvoting board seat and a guarantee that Delta will recall all of the 472 furloughed pilots, a union official said. Delta has also agreed to improve its retirement plan and will begin offering voluntary early retirement packages, the union said. Delta declined to comment in detail beyond the statement it made Tuesday when it announced the tentative agreement.
