Denver Firm Acquires Vision Engineering

CYPRESS — Vision Engineering, a provider of systems integration products and services, has been acquired by Denver-based Topro Inc.

Specific terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed but Topro said it would involve an exchange of stock.

Topro said Vision Engineering had more than $10 million in revenue last year. Topro, a provider of systems integration software and services, also reported revenue of $10 million in 1995.
