CHATSWORTH — A young girl was airlifted in critical condition to Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday.
The cause of the accident was under investigation late Wednesday, according to Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Division officers.
The accident occurred about 4:45 p.m. at De Soto Avenue and Tulsa Street, said Jim Wells, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department. An unidentified woman and her three children were traveling in one car; the driver of the second vehicle was alone.
The drivers and the two other children were treated for minor injuries, Wells said.
