STOCKHOLM — Hamburger giant McDonald’s next month will take to the Swedish slopes and open the world’s first fast-food ski-through.
A company spokesman said Thursday that its “McSki” branch will serve burgers, French fries and drinks at the popular family resort of Lindvallen starting Dec. 7.
“No need to take off your skis. You just ski up to the counter, order your food and ski off,” the spokesman said.
Customers not in a hurry will be served in a 140-seat restaurant.
