IRVINE — Burlington Air Express Chile, a recently formed subsidiary of Burlington Air Express has acquired the assets of its longtime network partner, OISSA, the leading export forwarder in Chile, one of the world’s largest exporters of fish and other perishable products. Burlington said its subsidiary will retain all OISSA personnel.
Burlington Air Express, which has more than 500 offices in 118 countries, offers overnight and second day air freight delivery.
