GRASS VALLEY--Fans of festivals and football don’t have to choose between the two at the Country Christmas Fair, Nov. 29 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.), Nov. 30 (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) and Dec. 1 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) at the Nevada County Fairgrounds, 11228 McCourtney Road. SAN DIEGO--The 17th annual Dixieland Jazz Festival, Nov. 28-Dec. 1, will feature 30 bands in 10 rooms with eight dance floors.
