Mother Teresa’s Prognosis Given

Mother Teresa will recover, her doctor said, but she will not regain the energy that allowed her to travel the world serving the poor. Though angioplasty last week to remove blockages in two major arteries improved blood flow to the 86-year-old nun’s heart, her lungs and kidneys have been slow to rebound. “She will have to be taken care of for a long time,” said Tarun Praharaj, one of her doctors.
