This is the third game of a four-game trip for Long Beach State, which won’t play at home again until Dec. 30. Long Beach was 1-1 in the Boilermaker Invitational at Purdue. Guard James Cotton was selected to the all-tournament team after averaging 26.5 points. Reserve point guard Tommie Davis joined Cotton on the all-tournament team. Long Beach defeated George Mason, 98-84, last season at the Pyramid. Guard Nate Langley leads George Mason in scoring (24.5), assists (4.8) and steals (3.0).
